What we provide

A Little Company provides non-medical companionship, accompanied outings, company for appointments and agreed light practical support.

What we do not provide

We do not provide personal care, nursing, medication administration, clinical advice, moving and handling, financial management, heavy domestic cleaning or emergency response.

Safety and suitability

Before services begin, we discuss needs, mobility, communication, risks, emergency contacts and whether our companionship service is suitable. We may recommend a regulated care or health provider where needs fall outside our scope.

Visits and costs

Visit length, frequency, activities, price, travel expenses, cancellation arrangements and payment terms are agreed in writing before the first paid visit.

Emergencies and safeguarding

A Little Company is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 999. Safeguarding concerns will be handled seriously and may be shared with appropriate services where necessary to protect someone from harm.
